# Buy a New Number

> How to purchase and activate a dedicated virtual phone number for your Trikon Voice workspace.

To buy a dedicated virtual phone number directly from Trikon Voice and upgrade to the Pro tier, follow the in-app Upgrade flow.

## Required KYC Documents

Under Indian telecommunications compliance regulations, virtual business numbers require valid identity verification:

* **Registration / Incorporation Certificate:** Certificate of incorporation, MSME / Udyam registration, or partnership deed (PDF, PNG, or JPG).
* **GST Certificate:** Official GST registration certificate for your business entity.

## How to Buy a Number & Upgrade

1. Open your workspace and click **Upgrade to Pro** from the left navigation sidebar.
2. **Choose a Phone Number:** Select your preferred telephone line from the live available number list.
3. **Select Call Credits:** Add your starting call credit balance for your voice calls.
4. **Upload KYC Documents:** Attach your Registration & GST certificates (PDF, JPG, or PNG).
5. **Complete Payment:** Review the total payable summary (including taxes) and pay securely via **Razorpay**.
6. **Activation:** The Trikon compliance team reviews the documents, provisions the number, and attaches it directly to your workspace.
