Required KYC Documents
Under Indian telecommunications compliance regulations, virtual business numbers require valid identity verification:- Registration / Incorporation Certificate: Certificate of incorporation, MSME / Udyam registration, or partnership deed (PDF, PNG, or JPG).
- GST Certificate: Official GST registration certificate for your business entity.
How to Buy a Number & Upgrade
- Open your workspace and click Upgrade to Pro from the left navigation sidebar.
- Choose a Phone Number: Select your preferred telephone line from the live available number list.
- Select Call Credits: Add your starting call credit balance for your voice calls.
- Upload KYC Documents: Attach your Registration & GST certificates (PDF, JPG, or PNG).
- Complete Payment: Review the total payable summary (including taxes) and pay securely via Razorpay.
- Activation: The Trikon compliance team reviews the documents, provisions the number, and attaches it directly to your workspace.
