1
Open the bot
Click its name under Your Custom Agents in the left menu.
2
Allow the microphone
Your browser asks for permission the first time. Click Allow, otherwise the bot
cannot hear you.
3
Start talking
Begin the conversation. The bot speaks first — with a greeting for an inbound bot, or
with its opening pitch for an outbound one.
4
Watch the transcript
Both sides of the conversation appear as text while you talk, so you can see exactly
what the bot heard.
5
End the call
Click End Call when you are done.
What to check
- Does it say your greeting exactly as you wrote it?
- Does it use the right language and sound like your brand?
- Ask it the three questions your customers always ask. Are the answers right?
- Try to push it off-topic. Does it stay within your rules?
- Does it end the call politely with your closing message?
Fixing what you hear
You do not need to rebuild the bot. Open it and edit the settings shown next to the playground — greeting, script, knowledge, rules — then save and talk to it again. See Edit an existing bot.Common problems

Change Conversation Language in the bot’s settings. If several languages are
selected, the bot follows whatever language you speak first.

Move that instruction into Strict Behavioral Rules — rules are followed more firmly
than lines buried in the middle of a long script.
