A workspace is your company’s private area in Trikon Voice. Your bots, phone numbers, contacts, and call history all live inside it.

Open the signup page

Go to /signup on your Trikon Voice address. If you land on the intro slides first, click through them or choose Skip walkthrough.

Fill in your details

  • Company name — for example Acme Clinic. This also becomes your workspace address, so Acme Clinic gives you /acmeclinic.
  • Phone number — for example +91 9845012345.
  • Email
  • Company description (optional) — a line about what you do, such as “We are a dental clinic. Website: www.acmedental.com”. It helps when your bots are set up for you.

Submit

You are taken straight into your new workspace, and you receive a six-digit invite code.
Save the invite code. It is the password for your workspace — anyone on your team needs it to get in, and you will be asked for it again on a new device or browser.

Sign in later

Open your workspace link (for example https://your-trikon-address/acmeclinic), type the invite code on the Unlock screen, and click Verify & Unlock. The browser remembers you afterwards, so you normally only do this once per device. If the code is refused, check it against Settings → General Workspace Profile, where it is shown as the Workspace Access PIN / Invite Code.

Invite your team

There are no separate user accounts — anyone with the workspace link and the invite code can use the workspace. You will find both under Settings, where the link is labelled Workspace Public URL.
