Voice Studio is a scratchpad for the words your bot will say. Type a line, pick a voice, and listen — before you commit it to a live bot.

Type your text

Into Script Content. You can write in English or in the native script of your language.

Choose the language and voice

Set Language, then filter by Gender (All / Female / Male) and pick a Speaker Voice.

Listen

Click Preview Voice Speech. Stop Playback halts it, and Download WAV saves the audio file if you want to use it elsewhere.

Save it for later

Give it a Script Name and save it. Saved scripts appear under Saved Script Templates, where you can reopen, edit, or delete them.
Read your greeting aloud yourself first. If it feels long to say, it will feel long to hear — trim it before you save it.

How this relates to your bots

Voice Studio is for writing and rehearsing. Once you are happy with a line, paste it into your bot’s Greeting Welcome Line or System Instruction Prompt — see Edit an existing bot.
The preview voices here are a separate set from the five conversation voices your bots use, so a line may sound slightly different on a live call. Use the playground for the final check.
